Agency Disclosure

Charlotte Ledford Realty, Inc. serves as the agent and representative of all Owners of vacation properties in its rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interests of the Owners.

Most of our rentals have a three-night minimum, check with us about availability.

Rates may be higher during peak season (May thru October).

Check in time: 3:00 pm Check out time: 11:00 am

Security Deposit

A separate check payable to Charlotte Ledford Realty as a security deposit will be held by Charlotte Ledford Realty. The check will be voided and returned upon inspection of property, provided there are no damages.

Cancellation Policy

Our office must be contacted a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a 90% refund of your deposit. After that time period, no refunds are issued on cancellations.

Pets

We love our pets, but most of our units are not pet friendly, please check with us.

Returned Checks

A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.

Taxes

Tax and cleaning fees will be included in final bill.

Confirmation

Confirmation of reservation will be mailed, faxed or emailed to guest upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of adults and/or children and accommodations.

Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.

Linen

Linens are provided in each unit, they are not changed during your stay.

Check Out Procedures

1. Refrigerator should be left clean and free of food.
2. Windows and doors must be closed and locked with air conditioner set on 78 degrees or heat on 55 degrees, depending on the outside temperature.
3. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils must be washed and put away.
4. All trash put in outside garbage cans when applicable.
5. Beds do not need to be made, cleaning staff will dust, vacuum, change linens and sanitize. If additional cleaning is required appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
